What is your return policy for open-box items?

We offer a 30-day return window. If the item is opened, it must be returned with all original packaging, cables, and manuals to be eligible for a full refund.

Most of our power adapters are dual-voltage (110V-240V). However, we recommend checking the specific product description for the 'Input Voltage' specification before purchasing.
